Intergenerational Village

½­ÄÏÌåÓý is seeking a design/build developer for the Intergenerational Village project. The proposed site for the project is along Campus Center Drive, north of state Route 261, east of the Allerton Street neighborhood.

The development is envisioned as an environmentally sustainable, socially diverse community that is well-integrated into the city of ½­ÄÏÌåÓý and the university. The Village is seen as a community where existing and potential ½­ÄÏÌåÓý stakeholders of all ages and backgrounds have an entry point.

At this community meeting, ½­ÄÏÌåÓý State will share information and answer questions about seeking a developer to provide potential concepts for a new residential complex in ½­ÄÏÌåÓý.

The next community meeting is set for Dec. 13 at 6 p.m. in the community room at the ½­ÄÏÌåÓý Police Department, 301 S. Depeyster St.
