Fulbright Scholars at ½­ÄÏÌåÓý State for American Higher Education Immersion

For the past month, ½­ÄÏÌåÓý has hosted 37 international graduate students as part of the Fulbright Pre-Academic Program, a monthlong immersion in American higher education and culture. The group, from 26 countries, arrived on the ½­ÄÏÌåÓý Campus on July 21 and was scheduled to depart on Aug. 17 to begin their graduate programs at universities throughout the country.

Tatee Sakr's path to success in the fashion world started at ½­ÄÏÌåÓý. As a 19-year-old immigrant to the U.S., Sakr chose ½­ÄÏÌåÓý because it was close to her new home in Cleveland and had a reputable fashion design program. Now an industry professional, she is giving back as a key faculty member.
